1) Remind anyone who is struggling or facing mental issues that they are never alone. There is always someone who can empathise and hear you out, for they have been through a similar challenge themself, so don’t be afraid to step up!
2) Encourage everyone to explore their interests and engage in activities they are passionate about to contribute in their unique ways!

We forget to relax sometimes, especially in a fast-paced society that demands efficiency. Emotional baggage such as personal problems, peer pressure, and high expectations make us lose sight of ourselves as they unknowingly pile up. This affects our mental wellness, and even breaks us down. That is why we should treasure ourselves, to focus on ourselves even in undesirable situations.
There is a season for everything; a time to work, a time to cry, a time to laugh, a time to celebrate, and a time to breathe.
